Founded in 1961 by 24 growers led by Anton Gfader, it today brings together 130 families spread across 11 municipalities of the Valle Isarco, on 150 hectares between 300 and 1,000 metres of altitude. Specialising in great high-altitude whites (Sylvaner, Kerner, Gruner Veltliner, Muller Thurgau), it offers the Aristos line as its top expression and the Sabiona edition, a Benedictine monastery cru vinified only in outstanding vintages.
